WORKER SPOTLIGHT (brought to you by CE4AEF’s Faces of Clean Energy program)

For disaster preparedness month, we’re spotlighting clean energy professionals focused on grid modernization. Adrienne Mouton-Henderson is regulatory and compliance counsel with Constellation. Last summer, she spoke at a CE4A event on grid modernization and resilience.

What is the most important thing about transmission or grid decarbonization that people should know? “Every $1 billion invested in large scale transmission infrastructure generates economic prosperity. There's 7,000 construction jobs created from that, and there’s $2-3 billion in customer benefits…That economic impact is a way of trickling down for all members.”
